JustCBD’s Hemp Seed oil is one of the purest oils I have come across so far. It is free of harmful chemicals and synthetic ingredients that might impose dangerous side effects in long run. In fact, it is only composed of natural hemp seed oil and broad-spectrum CBD.

And I really felt this calming effect as the oil processed its way through my body. the day I decided to try it actually turned out to be a little tough at work, which really put me off for this review. You can consume the Hemp Seed Oil directly or mixed with food. Since it had a slightly earthy taste, I tried consuming it in both ways. When taking directly, use the droplet to place two drops under your tongue. You can also combine it with food like cookies, shakes, etc. I mixed it with shakes and orange juice.

Coming across this tincture had me questioning the difference between the broad spectrum and full-spectrum CBD oil. Upon a little research, I found that broad-spectrum oil tinctures are free of THC, while Full-Spectrum CBD oil contains almost all the compounds of the hemp plant including THC (in officially permitted amount), cannabichromene, cannabidivarin, cannabinol, etc. it also contains high amounts of vitamins, essential fats, and amino acids.

Thus, full-spectrum CBD oil is for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of the hemp plant in its totality. JustCBD offers its full-spectrum oil in bottles varying between 50 and 1500 mg, which makes it easy to choose your required bottle size.

The dropper further eases getting the right dosage. Its maximum capacity is 1 ml which means 18.33 mg of CBD. Moreover, it also has some dosage marks on it which makes it even easier to get the required dosage.

Unlike the earthy taste of the hemp CBD oil, this was a little mild and I didn’t mind taking it directly. Though you have the option to mix it with food. In fact, I kept it in my bag for whenever I might need it, especially when traveling. You can also use it before bed or in the morning.

When I was provided with the tincture its working time given to me was 20-45 minutes. However, I started to feel its calming effects a little before 20 minutes and by the end of 40 minutes, my body was entirely relaxed. I no longer felt any exhaustion even after a tiresome day. The first time I took it sometime before sleeping and hence could not feel how long its effect lasted but I remember waking up calm in the morning. The next day I took it at lunch and could feel its effect last for about 3-4 hours.

Like the other JustCBDoil tinctures, this coconut oil is also available in sizes between 50 and 1500 mg. it is composed of water, cannabidiol, and MCT Oil. I think water and cannabidiol do not need any more coverage but the MCT oil is worth mentioning here.

MCT oil is generally loaded with health benefits. It improves memory, reduces cholesterol and blood sugar levels, boosts endurance, and a lot more. Especially when it is mixed with the touch of coconut these benefits become flavorful.

I liked the coconut flavor it leaves in the mouth and adding it in drinks enhanced their flavor too. Thus, if you are not a fan of earthy hemp or mild full spectrum oil this can be a great option. You can consume it directly by placing it under your tongue or add it to food. Though if you aim to instantly feel its effect, it is better to take it directly.

This tincture was the fastest and most potent energy potion. Though it has the same working time of 20-45 minutes, the effects are extraordinary. The energy level I experienced after only two drops of this tincture was considerably more than the other two. Since two drops were enough for me, I did not exceed the dosage, but if you wish to consume higher dosages, you should slowly move towards the required limit.

Although I do not usually prefer tutti-frutti flavor, finding it in a CBD product made it a bit different and more exciting.

It can also be taken at any time of the day. I took it on my way back home from the office and unlike any other day entered the house with a light and fresh mood even after a 45-minute drive. I could give myself some quality time without worrying about the previous or the next day. This became my routine for a week till the candies lasted as I took one candy every day and often two when needed.

Here is the best part of the candies. They are dedicated to a very important social cause, the wellbeing of LGBTQ, an issue that needs immediate support from the entire nation. A lot of young souls are dying almost every day due to stress and anxiety given by society or self-insecurities. Julia, the sister of the brand’s founders, also took her life. This encouraged the gentlemen to come up with a product that can fulfill the needs while helping others.

The taste was unlike any others merely due to the purest of ingredients used in the gummy bears. Within a little over 20 minutes, I felt a sudden wave of relaxation and was more relaxed before starting my day off at work.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t make this a part of my breakfast because the purest CBD isolate used in these gummies kept me productive and more focused on my tasks. The effects lasted for over 3 hours approximately.

CBD Pain Relief Salve

On having a good experience with the CBD gummy bears, I had no doubts in my mind about the effects and working of the CBD pain relief salve. The constant workload from the busy day at work lead to severe lower back pain and honestly speaking, the CBD pain relief salve was a blessing in disguise.

Packed with a whopping 1000 mg of CBD, this pain relief salve is aimed to target pain-affected areas and do its wonders. With only a single application, I noticed the pain going away. The effects were almost immediate, and quite frankly, I had trouble choosing between the CBD Muscle Gel and Pain Relief Sleeve. CBD Muscle Gel has an icy sensation and has a cooling effect. If you’re not a big fan of the icy feeling, you can use the pain relief sleeve.

I found the effects of CBD Muscle Gel more pleasant due to the cooling effect, but it could be because the days are kind of warm with the sun out.

CBD Dog Treats

I’ll start it off by saying, “my dog, jack, absolutely loved it.” With a taste of bacon, my dog kept wanting more. Although CBD based dog treats are relatively new, but they’re entirely safe for your pet dog.

It has only a minimal amount of CBD per pouch, with 2 mg of CBD per chew and 60 mg of CBD per bag. My pet dog seemed to love the taste, and from what I observed, he was more energetic after taking these dog treats. Since it is a relatively new product, I had to see the ingredients.

The ingredients are in the purest form and similar to the other products. Dog treats are also non-GMO and contain vitamins, antioxidants, and mainly organic ingredients. These are perfectly safe for your dog, and while you eat your CBD Gummies, your pet dog will also be able to benefit from the relaxing effects of CBD.

CBD Flower

Smoking CBD is one of the best ways to experience CBD. The effects are more direct and can be intense than other means of CBD intake. Thrive Flower’s CBD Flower strain is by far the best from what I’ve experienced with other brands.

I tried this before going to bed and what I really loved about this strain is that it burns at a much lower rate, thus allowing you to receive your daily dose of CBD for a more extended period. The effects were long-lasting, and honestly speaking, I had the best 8-hour sleep that night.

CBD Oil for Pets

After gummies, CBD oil is my 2nd favorite. When I saw this CBD oil for pets in the package, I was thrilled because my dog can finally get his own CBD oil. It comes in 750 mg of CBD strength and has all-natural ingredients that are GMO and paraben free.

I started off in small doses and experimented with how much CBD will be enough for my dog. Each drop has 0.8 mg of CBD, and it needs to be consumed based on your dog’s weight. For pets under 20lbs, you can begin with 1-2 drops, pets 21-45lbs start with 3-6 drops, and for pets over 45lbs, you can start with 7-10 drops.

CBD Vape Pen

Smoking or vaping is the best way to experience and receive the effects of CBD. Thrive Flower offers disposable Vape Pens that are easy to carry and can provide you with an immediate dose of CBD.

These contain a whopping 200 mg of CBD per pen and are ideal for multiple dosages since a normal dosage is usually around 30-40 mg of CBD. I received the Blue Raspberry flavor and absolutely loved the choice of flavor and how good it felt.

The other flavors include Mango, Natural, and Spearmint Lime. The CBD Vape pen is super easy to carry around, and it reassured me that stress relief is just a few puffs away. I frequently found myself puffing my way out of stress.

Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture

As you might know, CBD oil tincture is my 2nd most favorite means of getting that vital dose of CBD. It comes in 750mg, 1500mg, and 3500mg strengths of CBD. The ingredients in this CBD oil tincture are entirely vegan, all-natural, GMO, and paraben-free. I’ve always been a fan of the more direct means of CBD application since, with CBD oils, all you need to take is a few drops under your tongue.

I absolutely loved the coconut-like flavor and used this as a resort to get my daily 8-hour sleep. From the night I tried this oil tincture, I slept like a baby and woke up with significantly raised energy levels.

The severity of glaucoma is undeniable, since, in addition to pain, it causes a degeneration of the optic nerve, which ends can lead to blindness.

Researchers have been studying and researching the effects of marijuana on this disease since the 1970s. In an experience carried out with 16 people, in whom the inhalation of this herb lowered the intraocular pressure. This effect resulted in relief that lasted 3-4 hours.

Later research, carried out in the 1980s and 2000s, could show the validity of these findings.

·         Neurodegenerative blindness

Research from 2014, published in Experimental Eye Research, showed evidence to suggest that cannabis compounds can prevent photoreceptor degeneration and death in inherited retinitis pigmentosa.

In this experiment, some rats received treatment based on a synthetic cannabinoid for 90 days, after which they were evaluated to see their evolution. These rats were found to have 40% more photoreceptors compared to the control group. This impressive finding could serve as the basis for cannabis-based treatments to lessen the impact of this degenerative disease.

·         Diabetic retinopathy

The diabetic retinopathy is identified as one of the major complications of diabetes mellitus, leading to blindness associated, even in those patients decompensated their blood glucose levels.

A pre-clinical study carried out in 2006 found that cannabidiol (CBD) can have an ocular protective effect in diabetics, given its powerful antioxidant effect that would serve as a preventive form of vascular and retinal degeneration.

Although another study found that chronic use of this herb is associated with retinal damage, the manner of use, and the substances that are themselves causing this harmful effect would have to be evaluated.

Final Thoughts on Using CBD-Rich Alternatives

Glaucoma is one of the diseases most treated with alternatives rich in CBD from these special strains of medicinal cannabis, so they have the potential to become a useful treatment for these patients.

Unfortunately, now there is no cure for glaucoma, there are options for combining CBD with traditional medicine and thus creating a much more efficient treatment plan or even, in some cases avoiding surgical intervention. Cannabinoids are presented as a viable alternative to current treatments based on single ingredient anti-hypertensive agents. However, there is the possibility of developing tolerance to this type of molecules, within which it may be partly beneficial, if said tolerance develops only or preferentially to unwanted side effects (eg, psychotropic effects). Recently, development has been made in the use of microemulsions and cyclodextrins to overcome the barriers to ocular penetration of topically applied cannabinoids.

Perhaps the powerful antioxidant properties of cannabinoids could be beneficial in Age-Related Macular Degeneration, offering a possible alternative to established antioxidant supplements.

Studies carried out in other areas indicate that the high concentration of powerful antioxidants with neuroprotective effects contained in the cannabis plant could be of great use in other processes associated with aging, beyond visual acuity problems.
